Make a list, Chex it twice
I love anybody’s Chex mix. But I like choosing what to put in the one I try to make each season. I’m playing with a bamboo vegetable dicer that could be the key to keeping your New Year’s resolutions to eat better. Everyone who has seen this bamboo “knife” can’t believe how well it works. This organically-grown bamboo knows how to work it.

Good thing the following comes with a substitute.
2 tablespoons sachi inchi butter, or almond butter
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon agave syrup
3 teaspoons vanilla soy milk
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula and pulse for 30 seconds longer.
